Preparation recommendation:
Mix 2 tablespoons of TSAMPA SOUP with approx. 50 ml of cold water to a pulp. Gradually add approx. 200 ml of hot (not boiling!) water or broth while stirring until the desired consistency is reached - and enjoy! salt as needed.
Other delicious snacks or meals can be "conjured up" from TSAMPA SUPPS.
