General Terms and Conditions - SPECIALTY ACCOUNTING TSONGKANG
(The following terms and conditions also contain legal information about your rights under the Distance Selling and Electronic Commerce Regulations.)
1. Scope
For all deliveries from the specialist bookstore Tsongkang to consumers (§ 13 BGB), these terms and conditions apply.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking on the button [order now] you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your order is made together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation the purchase contract has come about.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. to inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (mail, e-mail or Internet sent by post). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required.
You can electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website: www.tsongkang.de. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (by e-mail) a confirmation of the receipt of such a revocation. "
In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees.
We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have the goods immediately and in any case not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract to us:

to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts
- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery,
- for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

5. Prices and shipping costs
5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. If you have registered as a dealer in the shop and logged in, the net prices relevant for dealers plus the statutory VAT.
5.2 In addition to the prices quoted we charge shipping costs. These depend on the type of goods ordered as well as the shipping method and the country of delivery and are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page. For Paypal Express payments, please make sure that book items are only for books. Otherwise it has to be changed later.
6. Delivery
7.1 Delivery is by GERMAN POST or the parcel service DHL
7.2 The delivery time within Germany is approximately 1-3 working days from order acceptance. Within Germany, we charge a shipping fee for postage and freight costs.
7.3 The delivery time outside Germany is approximately 3-9 working days from order acceptance. On any deviating delivery times, we refer to the respective product page.
7.4 We are entitled to partial deliveries, as far as this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs arise only with explicit agreement.
If something is not available, we will inform you immediately.
7. Payment
8.1 Payment can be made by cash in advance, direct debit, Paypal, cash on delivery, Sofortüberweisung, credit card
Prepayment: For payment in advance, we call our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Direct Debit / Direct Debit: The debit of your account takes place with the dispatch of the goods. (only available in Germany from the 3rd order)
Cash on delivery With the delivery, the amount is collected by Deutsche Post.
Paypal: Your account will be debited by Paypal and the goods will be delivered immediately.
8.2 You are only entitled to set-off if your counterclaims are legally established by a court or undisputed or have been acknowledged in writing by us.
8.3 You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
8. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
9. Warranty
The warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions, whereby, in the event of a defect in the goods, we will at first deliver or repair them at your discretion. If the rectification fails or if the subsequently delivered goods are also defective, you can return the goods for a refund of the full purchase price or keep the goods and reduce the purchase price. Information about any manufacturer warranties, please refer to the product documentation.
