Nyigug Sumthang ( For Good Sleep )

Nyigug Sumthang is prepared in accordance to Tibetan Science of Wellbeing. Its helps to control insomnia, blood pressure and mental distress related with Loong Disorder. 

Direction: Prepare the decoction by boiling one sachet in water for 5-6 minutes and serve it as luke warm. 

Ingredients: 
Cardamom
Cumin etc
